Item category-level discount - Sales order is not picking up any item price or discount

Summary:

Hi Experts,

After setting up the item category-level discount, the sales order is not picking up any item price or discount. I followed the steps outlined in the documents below.

Here are the error messages:

Error 1 - The attribute-based adjustments weren't applied to the transaction
Error 2 - Order Management can't price the sales order because it can't identify a charge for item L014981, with unit of measure EA.
