Multiple Notifications get triggered at end users end when absence is approved

Hi Team,

On Production,

Since we have parallel approvals in the Absence notification for one geo for specific leave types viz Maternity Leave, hence as per the configuration for other leave types from the same geo, we have kept the requestor to be notified as FYI notification to make the approvals as mutually exclusive, however, we have tried to change the configuration to make it as "Task Aggregation" as "Once per Task", however still the FYIs are going multiple times, we need to restrict these multiple notifications for end user to trigger upon approval.

Please help is with the necessary steps in order to have this implemented without hampering other geos's approval rules.
