learning item image should popping on bell notification

Summary:

Scenario: As soon an manager or learning specialist assigns course to user and sends him an alert, wherein the user gets the bell notification alert and opens it , then it should show the learning item image , but instead the reel image is shown under the learning item link as attached in the below screenshot.
