Email Notifications are flowing to real email addresses in Stage Environments

Hello Team,

In non-Production environments, we are redirecting All emails to TEST Email Box by doing the below setup.
However, Emails are still going to real email addresses along with TEST Email Box!

What Could be the issue, Do we need to do any additional set-up for the same? Please guide.
