Which is the exact privilege for work order approval

Configured approval rule in BPM, since the approver is not part of any manufacturing activities so there no roles and data access related to manufacturing.

The work order approval notification is triggering, once opened the notification the blank pop up will open. what exact privilege need to provide to this user.
