Chinese letters turning to special character when extracting via CSV BIP

Hello Oracle,

Is there a way to adjust the output character set when extracting a BIP Report (Oracle BI EE Data Source) to CSV? We are having issues when extracting Chinese characters to CSV that converts to a special character (ex: 创新大道2800号创新产业二期G4楼E单元8层). I have tried changing the "Formatting" in Report Properties but nothing works. If I view the result to Data Model and extract it as Excel, it shows correctly.

Please note that the requirement of the client is to extract all the supplier details (having 96 fields and more than 100k rows) as CSV.
