Requests for the Verification Worksheet Updates

The Department of Education has updated the requirements for when a Verification Worksheet needs to be requested based on the Federal Register (Registers can be found for 24/25 here and 25/26 here). The following updates are being made to our baseline configuration in an upcoming release. If you wish to implement these changes prior to the next release, you can use the example configuration in the attached zip file to make updates to your own configuration.

A verification worksheet is no longer required under the following scenarios for 2024/2025 and 2025/2026:

• For a dependent student, the family size indicated on the ISIR is two and the parent is single, separated, divorced, or widowed, or the household size indicated on the ISIR is three and the parents are married, remarried or unmarried and living together
