Redwood: 25A -Submit button greyout for all MSS Transactions from Line Manager and HRBP Logins

Summary: Redwood - 25A -We are able to submit MSS transactions like Promote/Transfer/Change Working Hours from HROPS/HRIS logins. From Line Manager/HRBP Logins when we initiate MSS transactions, Submit button is greyedout. This issue is happening after 25A. Is anyone facing the same issue after 25A and also we can see Weekly Working Hours Section twice
