Error generated from Validate Field Values not appearing in Redwood

Summary:

We are trying to implement changes in the Document Records page.

We have set an error message for the DocumentName attribute in order to make the said field required. However, upon submission, when a Document Record is submitted without having the Name field filled out, it still moves forward without further validation or an error message.

Our expectation is that if the values for Document Name field is not provided, the user will not be able to submit the said Document Record.
