Organisation Structure Oddity (HR Reports)

Afternoon folks,

I have a weird one for you today. One of our HR Systems Advisors has encountered a bizarre malfunction in our data pull back. They (and one other) are currently unable to retrieve any information for a service within the third level of our organisation (on any HR) associated report (or when directly selecting that service), but is able to pull data perfectly fine when searching from the second or fourth levels.

A systems specialist within the operations end of our team has also confirmed that the org structure looks as it should, and if it was a reporting issue it would surely be causing disruption across the board instead of for just a few users? We're not certain if the cause might be to do with how the org tree has been flattened.

Howdy, Stranger!
