Update Resource Class Dimension Members Parent via Groovy

Summary:

I am looking into the best way to update Resource Class member's Parent value via a groovy script. The reason would be to move from an ACTIVE parent to an INACTIVE parent. Is there a best way to do this via Groovy? Below is from an Oracle tutorial and was thinking I tweak to get what I need with one rtp for the member that needs to be moved to the INACTIVE parent. If anyone else has experience trying this would like to hear input on the best approach.
