I am reaching out to propose an enhancement in the functionality of the WEB REPORT module within WMS Oracle, specifically related to the management of JOINS when adding new tables in report construction.

Problem Description:Currently, when a new table is added to a report in WEB REPORT, the system automatically reorganizes the existing JOINS, adding unnecessary relationships and modifying those already established by the user. This behavior causes several issues:

  • The carefully designed structure by the user is lost.
  • Relationships that are not always correct or necessary are added.
  • Additional time is required to review and correct the report logic.
