missing in and out parameter at index:1when applying value set for Descriptive Flexfield

Summary:

We have created a descriptive flexfield (Type of Student) that depends on the Person Type (Student or Trainee). We are expecting that if we select Student, the List of Values in the Options for Type of Student should be Summer Student, Internship and Professional Practices but if we selected Trainee as Person Type, the List of Values should change to Apprenticeship and Professional Practices.
We have created a total of 3 value sets
