Deleting transactions in ARCS older by 60 days

We can delete transactions by going to Jobs page and then finding the import job id.
Now we want to delete transaction that were loaded 60 days back. We cannot use the Jobs page in this case.
We identified the transaction's import id and referred this link (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/account-reconcile-cloud/raarc/reconcile_trans_match_delete_trans_not_in_jobslist.html) to delete Transaction by job but it does not delete any transactions. Job page shows the "Delete Transaction" job as running and then it runs for long time (we expect that, as we are clearing 28mil records), and runs into daily maintenance and gets cancelled. There are no partial deletion or any logs to see.
