HCM Document of Record view only

Summary:

Hi,

I have a requirement to grant access to HCM "Document of Record" only in read-only/View mode.

That includes removing the "Add" button, editing existing records, and archiving.

Which duty role should I include in that role?

I've used: Search Person
, Access HCM Common Components privileges and duty role
View Person Documentation, still all option available, or maybe it due to broadly DSPs that i copied from Human Resource Manager job role.

Those issues were resolved after removing ORA_PER_DOCUMENT_TYPES_LOV_REST_SERVICE_DSPS.
