How to create Project budget at project expenditure type and project task

We like to use Oracle FBDI template to create our project budget in mass for projects at project task and expenditure types. When I was using the template, I could not find the field where I could provide value for expenditure type values.

Could someone in the community be able to help by sharing sample data to be used on this template to achieve this?

I have populated these columns which did not work-

  1. Processing Mode- Create 2. Project number 3. Task Number 4. Plan Version Name- version name to be created 5. Plan Version Status- Working 6. Resource Name- Expenditure Type 7. Currency- AUD 8. Source Budget Line Reference- 1
