Employee Supervisor hierarchy-Approval

Summary:

We have a hierarchy (Employee Supervisor hierarchy-PR Approval hierarchy) as below:

a) Upto 50k (Job Level-1, say 10 people at level-1)

b) 50.1k to 250k (Job level-2)

c) 250.1k to 1000k (Job level-3)

We want to break level-1 into two sub levels, (i) 6 people stays at level-1 (non IT) with 50k approval limit (2) Rest 4 people will have new level (say IT) & they can approve anything upto 250k.

We also want to keep the level-2 & level-3 levels intact.

Document routing is based on Employee Supervisor. We have separate set of people reporting to IT and non-IT. So is it possible to build such an hierarchy (without categorizing IT/Non IT as emp/supervisor are already tagged differently, where anything raised by people reporting to IT goes to IT supervisor (& gets approved upto 250k) and anything going to non-IT is approved by non-IT (upto 50k)?
