25A Redwood Performance Template

Summary:

We are experiencing an error in the 'Document Periods' tab in the new Redwood 'Performance Templates' page.

After adding in the document details, eligibility profile, due dates and questionnaires we select Save/Continue to get to the summary page but the information does not save. The page refreshes with the '+Add' button at the top of the Document Periods tab greyed out. The information is also missing in the Summary screen too. This prevents us from deploying the documents to our users so we have reverted back to the RUI version as a workaround.

Has anyone experienced this issue? I could not access the 25A known issues so couldn't check if it was already a documented issue.
