Summary:

Currently we have business case of transfer orders getting created through two different interfaces, 

because of this there are chances of parallel run of ESS Job :- Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface

Due to this overlapping of same ESS Job between the interfaces, we could see some Transfer orders are getting created without POET details.
