How can we input material cost with overhead for average/actual cost method?

If For example, we have a Item with material and material overhead elements mapped to an expense pool, how can we upload the cost for these Buy Items using Actual/Average Cost method?

For Standard Cost method we have the option to define the standard cost with Material overhead mapped to Expense Pools and we upload the cost in COst Scenario.

We want to use the same for Average/Actual Cost Method to upload the cost with Material Overhead mapped to Expense Pools, how can we do the same?
