Advanced filtering OTBI Analysis report

I have a report for a course. I have selected the filter for the Sub Status = Completed, Not Started, Withdrawn, Deleted.

However, although I want the results to pull through all Completed and all Not Started records, I only want the Withdrawn and Deleted Sub Status to pull through if they have a comment which = Did not attend.

So results:

All Complete

All Not Started

Withdrawn: only if Completion Comment = Did Not Attend.

Deleted:only if Completion Comment = Did Not Attend.

Please help. I have asked some well know AI tools but without much luck.
