Configuring Movement Requests for Partial Pick Quantity from source subinventory

edited Feb 15, 2025 9:31PM in Inventory Management 2 comments

Summary:

Hello experts,

I have a question regarding a Movement Request for partial picking from a source subinventory.

I need to configure the system so that when there is a demand for a quantity that exceeds what is currently available, the system will release the available quantity and leave the remaining quantity pending.

For example, if item XXXXX has 80 units available in stock and a movement request is submitted for 500 units, after running the "Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report," I expect to see 80 units picked while the remaining quantity stays pending.

When i run "Print Movement Request Pick Slip Report," the pick status "Unallocated movement request"

Howdy, Stranger!
