When entering a Requisition with a Project number, the expected behavior is that after click on Add to cart, done then come back to the REQ, the charge account would get updated based on the information entered under Project Costing Details, this is still working in most cases:

However we are seeing a project number that doesn't get updated, after entering the Project Costing details information into a Requisition distribution, the Charge Account segments updated as expected, except for the Department
