Pipeline not passing Source Filters to DLR after update 25.02.83

Summary: Pipeline not passing Source Filters to DLR after update 25.02.83, this works in 25.01.31.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Source Filters provided on the Pipeline do not override Source Filter defined on the Data Load Rule. Seams to be with newly created Pipelines, ran an existing Pipeline and paramLevel was still SOURCE_FILTER. Not sure if updating a Pipeline would break it.

See the difference on the paramLevel, now is JOB instead of SOURCE_FILTER
