Redwood MSS Learning out of Sync with learning assignment statuses

I have a line manager in a plant that sent screenshots of her view of a direct reports learning assignments/statuses under Redwood Learning MSS. In total, 7 assignments were in the screenshot for this EE. 4 of them were accurate, there were showing overdue/no active offering, just like they were under My Client Groups—>Learning Administrator—>Learning Assignments. But the other 3 showed complete in the Administrator side, and still overdue/no active offering under MSS.

Obviously, Admin side is still in the Classic UI, Redwood isn't out for the Admin side yet. Not sure if that could be part of the problem?
