Absence Entry Delegation using AOR

Summary: Is there a way to allow employees other than line managers to input Absence entry on the Redwood pages, controlling access via AOR. We have several hundred timekeepers that we would like to give access to Absence entry for employees by department. We would want them to be able to access the same employees that they can access for Time & Labor which is controlled by AOR.
