Issues Inserting Nodes in a Request

Summary:

I have started a request in EDM. I am using the Insert feature within the request to pull tree data from one viewpoint to another in order to force the converters to run.

I am running into a number of issues.

Issue 1:

When I open the Insert feature, it starts with the 3 dots where I can select a node and descendants. I do this successfully for two segments. Then the three dots disappear from the interface.

Issue 2:

I also noticed the pop-up at the end where it asks how you want to insert the node does not show up.
