Cannot link my user group to my Support Request Account
Summary:
I have a Support Request Account. The account I have is linked to one instance of OFC to which I belong. I need to link it to another instance. However, any attempt to do so has failed.

When I log into support.oracle.com/signin I use the Sign in with your Oracle account option as instructed by my account administrator.
Once signed in, I can see under Account>preferences>user group that I am part of a "user group" for one instance of OFC.
There is a button to Request Access to Account. This should let me join my other instance of OFC.
