How to create a Contract Purchase agreement on multiple business units?

Hello,

I need to know how to create a Contract Purchase agreement and give access to multiple Business units the access to use it.

when i try to go to Controls Tab in the Contract Purchase Agreement the only BU that having an access is the BU i'm creating the Contract Purchase Agreement on.
