FCCS theme changes automatically to default

Summary:

Upon changing the theme of the FCCS application from default Oracle to Custom Dark.

After some time it goes back automatically to default Oracle theme which has happen several times already.

This behavior happened post monthly patch on Test Environment.

Is this a bug or any reason behind this?
