    Summary:

    Hi,

    We have been using Cycle count process from Last one year. Every quarter business re-classifies the ABC items based on current on-hand value. we identified that whenever we do re-classification system is overriding the ABC class for historical Approved cycle count records. with this there is no track for business to share the details to external auditors how many times in a year the cycle count is counted based on class. During the re-assignment process some items will go from Class A to B or vice versa..

    when we reached out oracle through SR#4-0000296858 they told this is expected behavior.
