Unable to find the transfer order in the RSSP My Receipt (Redwood)

Summary:I created REQ: REQ000145 with the following details:
• Destination type: Expense
• Source Org: COM
• Destination: COM
• Transfer Order: 14006
• REQ: REQ000145
I completed the Pick and Ship Confirmation. However, the issue I’m facing is that I am unable to find the transfer order in the RSSP My Receipt (New), although I can locate it in the SSP My Receipt.

(Note: I am able to receive against expense PO in the RSSP (Redwood)).
