Unable to post Web Report into SFTP, generating error "An error occurred during copy file to SFTP""

Summary:

We are posting web report in csv format to SFTP server, but we are getting an error in output interface as "An error occurred during copy file to SFTP"

Configurations done -

Setup an Endpoint with Endpoint Interface - External SFTP and with correct credentials.

also added the endpoint into Output Interface configuration » interface type - Web Report

set up schedule job for job type » Run Web Report Gen2

we also tried to copy the files manually, they get copied.

how can this be resolved.
