Build a Report in EJ to retrieve the user question answers entered in oracle enterprise journal

  • When a Enterprise journal is made the preparers have to answer Questions. We would like to have a report on the question "What is the reason for Force Close"
    When they answer the question they have to choose from 3 answers. This question is not always filled in. Its filled in only when the status is Overriden of the journal.
    Can you please help us to retreive/build a custom query which will retreive this information
