RSSP - Adding line item to existing PO off of a BPA source agreement

Will RSSP have the ability when a requestor is processing a change order to a existing PO that is against a BPA the ability to add a new line item?

Users frequently have additional items that need to be added to an existing PO. The issue is the line item can be added but the source agreement and line item cannot. By this number not being reference on the new PO line item then the released amount against that agreement is not accurate.
