Unable to access RIQ screen

Summary:

I have created a user in the domain for ex: 'ABC' and assigned the default user role as 'ADMIN.'

After opening the RIQ screen, I am getting the following error:





After adding the ACL (glog.webserver.util.QueryResponseServlet.action.parker.riq_buy) to the user, I am able to open it. Could anyone help me understand why it is not working without this ACL?
