Need to start the Anniversary date from the day of applying leave- How to Setup

Hi All,

We have a requirement like the plan will be enrolled on January 1 2025. And if the employee starts applying leave on January 10. He can utilize,20 days from January 10 2025 to January 10 2026.

If he applies leave for the first time on March first, from March 1 2025 to March 1 2026, he can utilize 20 days of balance.

The date varies from each employee. It should depend on the date when the employee applies leave for the first time. How to configure this.
