Redwood Location page the business rule on Effective end date field

Hi All,

In the location redwood page we are creating the business rules and came across the effective end date field is having the property (Required, Visible & Editable) it is locked.

But the in the live mode the field in page is with Read only.

Please share your inputs on the same.
