SaaS Service Usage Metrics Report - Hosted Employee Conditions

Hi,

When we checked the Usage Metric Report due to licensed count overflow, we came across more employees count than expected under the "Hosted Employee" heading.

We want to eliminate this overflow. For this, we want to be sure:

  • Should employees definitely be terminated? Or is just deleting the user account enough to eliminate them from the licensed count?

I would be happy if you could share any information about this.
