Issue while declaring production in ORACLE fusion.

Raw Material consumed for Production declaration is not as per Work Order.

Control on modification of access is manual control.

Audit control for modification of work order is not manual control.

Misuse of raw material consumption observed, as we give modification access to shopfloor supervisor.

Inventory mismatch resulting the bottom-line accuracy of financial books.

Inaccuracy of product cost impacting the margins.

Need to understand what are the best practice that is used by Foundry Manufacturing units to avoid such gap and for smooth functioning.
