Legal Employer Seniority Date isn't defaulting Transfer Start Date on Local & Global Transfer Page
Summary:
In RUI, the 'Legal Employer Seniority Date' will get defaulted to the 'Transfer Start Date' which we select in the beginning of the transaction on 'When and Why section' on 'Local & Global Transfer' page.
But in Redwood, we see a different behavior as the 'Legal Employer Seniority Date' isn't defaulting the 'Transfer Start Date' which we are selecting on 'When & Why section', it is defaulting the previous seniority date. HR would need to manually set the 'Legal Employer Seniority Date' again to match with the new 'Transfer Start Date'.
We see this as an issue and an inconsistent behavior on Redwood page compared to RUI.
