Unable to reserve serial numbers with country of origin using rest api

We are trying to reserve sales order using rest api(/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/inventoryReservations).

When we try to perform reservation against serial number which has Country of Origin, we are getting error as "The value of the attribute {SERIALNUMBER=SN} isn't valid."

For serial numbers which do not have country of origin, we are able to reserve using Rest api.

Please confirm whether serial numbers with Country of Origin are reservable using Rest api.
