Criteria for shared views in BPM worklist

Summary:

In our previous setup, our HR cases was split per country and we could use a HR Service employee from each team as a unique criterion to sort the shared views into countries, as the user was only part of one AOR. However now, the tasks are being shared across teams, but we still need to be able create shared views, that sorts into countries.

How do we set up the shared views to sort into countries without using users a criteria?

Any input on how you use shared views?
