What is the fastest way to add these multiple requisitions to workforce

Use case: Using workforce configured with employee and job granularity.

I need to add 4 new requisitions for the plan year under the same entity into Plan working.

I want to use the mass update screen for new hires to be able to copy and paste from Excel, hopefully quickly.

Here is the sample list of users. I am leaving some details out to please focus on JOB and MONTH that are key fields to the mass update screen for the same ENTITY.

ENTITY1, EMPL A, JOB1, START DATE 1/1/25, Annual, 60K
