Text component content not displaying outside of Page Composer

We are trying to add custom text on the Request A New Position, Update Position, Correct Position, & Duplicate Position pages that remind the submitter to add attachments under Position Details that support the request/change being made.

We have tried adding both a Text component and a HTML Markup component, but continue to experience issues with the custom text displaying consistently as expected across the Update Position, Correct Position, & Duplicate Position pages. Instead, we see "Enter your text here" even though the text is displaying in Page Composer on those pages as expected.

In some cases, the custom text would display as expected on the Update Position page, but not the Correct Position page. After opening page composer on the Correct Position page, the text would then display as expected on the page, but "Enter your text here" would then display on the Update Position page.
