Cancel Requisition Created by employee who have left the company

Summary:

We have an issue where we have an employee that left the company that has open requisitions and in some cases PO that have not been received. We would like to cancel the requisitions and if a PO is involved cancel the PO and the requisition and start the process over again.

For some requisitions, we were able to reassign the requisition, in order to try to cancel them, but the PO was auto-created again from the requisition and the original employees name was still on the requisition at the line level. Does anyone know how we can just cancel the requisition (in this case there was a PO).
