Creating Instances After March 31, 2025 Without MyServices

Summary:

I recently logged into MyService and saw that there was an announcement that after March 31, 2025 MyService will no longer be available and that we need to sign into OCI Console instead.

My question is that I usually go to MyServe to create new "Instances" and check available application on difference environments, where would I go to after March 31st to get the same access ?
