Duplicate icon required on project cost rate overrides and Project Bill rate overrides pages

Summary:

When there are multiple cost & bill rates to be added for various expenditure types, users are currently entering each record manually which is consuming lot of efforts as there is no ‘Duplicate’ icon in Project cost rate overrides & Project task rate overrides pages. Duplicate icon helps to duplicate a record and change the expenditure type & associated rate quickly for handful records rather than adding the data manually in 'Import project rate schedules and overrides' FBDI and running ESS jobs by business users.
