    • RMCS Entries are not going to EBS GL

    Summary:

    We have an integration setup between RMCS and EBS GL as per the Oracle Standard Document. There are around 4 ledgers for the project. Earlier we went live with 2 ledgers and entries for those were going to EBS GL properly.

    For a new ledger, we are observing that entries are not going into EBS GL. GL entries file is getting generated and is placed in UCM. We can see the entries in UCM from File Import and Export.

    But, when EBS run 'Import Subledger' job, nothing is getting imported.

    What we have noticed is that for this new ledger, this is a name difference EBS and Fusion. Fusion ledger name is 'Ledger AB' where as EBS ledger name is 'Ledger A.B.'
