Drill through option not available in Forms 2.0

Summary:

Drill through has been setup from FCGL to Planning and works through Workbench, Reports in NR as well as Smart View (after installing chrome addon and setting alias to none), but does not work on a level 0 form of the same combination when the form version is 2.0. We are not getting the option of "Drill through to source" in action menu when the form version 2.0, but when we switch to version 1.0 get the option and the drill through works fine. Any setting that may be required for this to work on forms 2.0?
